Irregular function of broadband connection

Dear Sir / Madam
I am sherlly wilson presentely residing at kuwait with my family since 1995. Three months back we sent our eldest 13 year old son to India to study and to share his love with his grand parents. As per our families request and friends advise, we have decided to have a internet connection (broad band connection Rs.250 package.) at home.
From the day we got the connection (2 months back) we are not able to send mail or chat with our son or parents continuously. Every now and then (within few seconds) the line is getting disconnected and we are unable to speak or chat or even share files. Hence we submitted our complaints over phone to chennai telephones, Manali area (Pin 600068) and they came to check the line and connection. Unfortunately, they could not diagnose the actual problem so they told us to check the computer. Finally we paid Rs.600/- and checked our computer totally and no problem at all in our computer. Again we have complained to chennai telephones broadband division in manali and the said the problem could be in modem. Hence my parents handedover the modem to BSNL office to check. After two days, they returned the same modem as it is and said no problem in the modem.By the time, we reiceived our bill for BSNL connection alongwith our telephone bill which totals to Rs.1750/- and we made the payment without using bsnl connection which is unfair. My son told us and also bsnl staff that signal in modem for incoming and outgoing are not continuous - within 15 to 20 seconds, signal goes off and line also gets disconnected. Finally my parents personally went to the office and personally requested them to look into the matter but also no response from them. Hence we are posting this complaint thru your website hoping that you will seriously consider our request. we do not want to make any complaint on any individual or department but we want a solution for our problem.
Finally, if bsnl could not rectify our complaint shotly, we have no other go rather than going to private telephones and simultanously loosing hope on BSNL - which should not happen.
Please personally enquire our complaints which we have made thru phone to the concerned staff / department. Your pesonal internvention in this regard shall be highly appreciated. Awaiting your favourable response to my email: sherllywilson@hotmail.com
