BSNL Broadband
Oadband connectivity problem

Sir, I have got a BSNL Broadband connection got a 750 unlimited plan. But since i have opted for the plan i am not able to use it i always get a low bandwidth and most of the time there is not connectivity at all.when ever i call up the BSNL office the concern person says the server is down. Sir, but i don't understand how can a Server be down always. I am paying 750 rupees taxes monthly So at lest i should get the full usage and proper connectivity. But its been months there is not change. As Broadband consumer i pay the bill on time. But as a broadband service provider they should provide me a proper service.
