Unserviceablity of broadband

I have bsnl broadband connection. Most of the times connectivity goes off. It was most harrashed time for me when connectvity was not available from 5 Jun09 & on complaint it was stated that connetvity would be restored by Monday only (sat&sun holiday) Even I had to contact18004241600 thrice on 8Jun (mon) to get it connected. Please take appropriate action to aoid reoccurence
