Respected Sir/Madam

I have applied for a bsnl combo-plan on 30th May. My address is 29/A/H/13 Palm Avenue Kolkata - 700019. Instead of repeated request my broadband is not yet installed. They have been harrassing me constantly.

I have purchased the plan from Hiltake Electronics (P) Ltd, P-17, Mission Row Extension, Kolkata - 700013. I was told that within a week my phone connection & broadband would be installed, however its more than 20 days. Please advise how should I proceed.

I certainly want to do something after which nobody else would be harrassed like me. Thanks a lot for your co-operation.
