I have a broadband connection fron BSNL, my land phone no. is 03642505852, my telephone was not working on 19th of may, after lodging complain, they fixed it on 25th of may 09, but the broadband was not working. Since 25th, I have complained several times, even visited the complain section four times, but in vain. finally on 1st of july, they told me that I have applied for disconnection, and it has been done. To my utter surprise, when I said them that I have not applied for disconnection & demanded the application submitted by me (as they have claimed) I was informed that the request of disconnection was sent via telephone.
My point is :- a) Can a service be disconnected without verifying the authenticity?
b) what kind of service it is that can't be restored even after two weeks of complain?
More over whenever I tried the local help desk no for help, they suggest me to contact the land phone complain, the land phone complain section in turn ask me contact the helpdesk.
Is their any body available in the BSNL, which is the largest service provider in India to enlighten me on the issue?
