Me and my family are greatly suffering from poor BSNL broadband service for the past 3 months. Our connection is 0129-2246043. Inspite of various calls (which is difficult to get thru) and emails, nothing has changed. No one bothers and the customer care executive only makes repeated assurances that "they would send somebody to check the connection". But that somebody never reaches the destination.
Further, we are slapped with a whopping bill of Rs.1863 for April towards use of broadband, whereas we never had bills more than the standard rate of Rs.250 per month. They are applying salt on our wounds. Is there someone out there to look into consumer grievances on urgent basis???
