DSL LINK DISCONNECT

I have BSNL Broadband internet connection. That net connection is fault daily from 3 month. That fault is DSL link disconnect. I was told to exange, JTO, SDE and 1500 (TOLL FREE NO) every time but fault is not rectify till now.
