Not working for last 2 months

BSNL broadband connection not working for the last 2 months. No resolution even after making complaints every single day. Even speaking to Divisional Engineer; Area Manager; Customer Service and directly to the person responsible for the area did not get any resolution.

I have spoken on least 20 different numbers in the last 2 months but nobody seems to care.

My number is 25265106 and falls under Indiranagar Telephone Exchange.
