BSNL Broadband not working properly

Hi,

My BSNL broadband is not connecting from the last 15 days and also made several complaints to the toll free number 1500 and also to the Erragadda telephone exchange the line man came to house did some research and left the problem as it is without any follow up. This is disgusting i will be having lots of usage with my company and also i m paying amount which i m not using at all. The BSNL people are not technically sound all the remedies they suggest would just be something which they are not sure. Please solve the problem or else disconnect it.
