Oadband billing complaint

Hi, i have been using BSNL Dataone connection for last 2 years. To my shock i have received a bill of over 23000 for march months of usage. so i came to bsnl kodambakkam office and i made complaint i don't have any copy of that so till now their is no response from their side .i am very sure that their is some mistake on that bill because we will never use 23GB for a month its an home PC we not been using it for commercial purpose.so till there is no response please make some action on my complaint.
