Broadband connection not stable

Hi, My telephone no is 0181-2661497 and broadband plan H-500 plus is my plan no. My connection is not working properly since last 10 days. It is not stable and after every 05 minutes data is absent for 15 mionutes. I have logded complaints in Jalandhar Cantt Exchange so many times. They sent theor there mechanic for two times but he could not rectify the fault and told me that problem is from Jalandhar city direction.
