Regarding nonfunctioning of broadband

Dear Sir/Madam

Myself is Arjun Datt Sharma resident of 887/34, Vijay Nagar, Rohtak, Haryana. I am having a broadband connection at my telepohne number 259002. It is not functioning from the last 4 four months. I have made so many complaints in call center. They have no solution of it. Please tell if you have any solution for this or i will have to move some other private firms to adopt this facility. I got fed up from poor services of this broadband and unable to serve my clients better. So please tell me as soon as possible.
