Internet not working and staff not cooperating

I have broadband connection got few days before only, i had my own modem bt nw its not working so i told my customer care exchange to please come and install wifi modem at my home but they dont listen and tells me to call from one number to another..and they dont pick call as well . i got internet when it was workin givin me only 10kbps speed where i applied for 250 mbps... please send someone to figure it out as am a MBA student and lot of loss is happening to me coz of non working of internet.my ph no is 9972016746
