POOR SERVICES

I have a bsnl broadband connection. Whenever i connect to the internet the ADSL light in the modem becomes unstable and blinks very frequently indicating a poor connection. I have complained many times but no has shown up for over a month. Whenever i call them they say that their technician is out, as if their technician is out 24 hours a day. When i call them later they show me an attitude saying that i'll have to call them daily in order to remind them. Meanwhile the problem has gone from bad to worse, the connection gets disconnected every 5 minutes and the ADSL link starts blinking every 2-3 minutes. I can even use my internet!!! Please do something quickly and repair my connection. I live in hyderabad.
