To contact c/care it takes unlimited time

I have a b/band connection 500C plan. It has been a herculian task to contact any c/care executive to get any problem solved. Let it be any time it takes minimum one/two hrs that also if the caller is luckey to come in contact with any c/care exe. Its painfull really painfull.
