BROADBAND is too slow

My name is Mohd.khalid. I am using broadband on my phone no. 05322400863 .

My broadband is working too slow, the downlodin speed is about 20-30 kbps and i have activated UL 750 . My address is 487/418 Shahgang Allahabad. Please solve my problem urgent.
