Unable to check usages

Not able to check b/band usages since26 jul 0600hrs in usual way. funniest thing is to contact b/band customer care center that is beyond any body"s reach because since the above time till today 27 jul 0700 Hrs, i am forced to listen music and forced to accept thanks for my patience.this bloody fucking service should be dispensed with as its there to make customers fools.
