FAULT IN BROAD BAND CONNECTION

MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION WAS OUT OF SERVICE SINCE LAST 7DAYS.I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT VIDE NO 83646 ON 20-7. SINCE DATE TWO REPRESENTATIVE FROM PRIVATE FIRM (TO WHOM IT WAS SUBLETED FOR FAULT REPAIRING) VISITED MY HOUSE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION NOR HAVING ANY ID CARD .STILL THEY HAVE SEEN AND WENT BACK SAYING THIS WILL BE CORRECTED FROM THE BSNL OFFICE .HENCE IT WILL BE OK WITHIN TWO HOURS. TOTAL 8 DAYS PASSED NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
IS THIS THE PRICE WE HAVE TO PAY BY USING A PSU CONNECTION? IF SO, THEN IT IS DIFFICULT TO REVIVE THE CUSTOMERS TRUST .
