Delayed shifting of phone and net

On 12th October the phoneline of phone 25530487 was requested to be shifted and on 16th oct. the phone got disconnected but stillnot shifted. Tried to communicate with various authorities but no result.

When this can hapen with doctors who are always on human serviceI cant imagine the fate of common man.

Hope they take note of it. My consumer number is 10394550
