We have taken bsnl broadband since 15 days. The bsnl official from gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam area came, and not installed any drivers and said there is problem in modem and never responded after calling sooo many times also. we are irritated by calling to the customer care.no one is responsible for customers.plz make the problem solveble
