Negligient staff and unstable link

Even after incessantly pouring my request to the bsnl staff no one takes the responsibility to check my broadband line. The link is not stable. It breaks so often and it becomes extremely difficult for me to carry out anything important. I am peeved by this irresponsible staff and the unstable line... CAN SOMEBODY REALLY HELP ME!!!
