Non availabilty of connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for broadband internet connection online for domestic use by filling all required details through the official website of BSNL. I was provided with service request no.21230750907180001 more than one month back. But I was not contacted even once till now. I really need the connection urgently and have no other option as private companies still don't provide broadband connection here.
