BSNL Broadband
Excess bill

I opted for BSNL Broadband plan of 1 GB @ Rs. 250/Month. I used 872MB last month so my bill should be 250 taxes. but bsnl has sent me a bill of rs 585! what should i do. I should have not trusted a govt company and instead i should have taken an airtel connection.
