Oadband not working for 2.5 months

Sir,

This is to inform u that my broadband is not working from the last 2.5 months. I have complianed to almost every official of my exchnage and to my SDO but they keep on saying ki "kal ho jayega" and that tomorrow has not come till now. My monthly rental of RS 250 (60 for modem) for each month rental is being wasted. My ph no. is 0522-2361681. I am using home 250 plan.
