BSNL Broad Band
Broad Band not working since August 7th09

Dear Sir,

I have raised a complaint reg. my Broad Band which is not working since 7th August 09. The complaint number is 1413333841 which is not resolved till today (29th August 09). When i called JTO., Technical Engineer, AM, DGM, GM and lot officials, every person takes our phone numbers and assures that it will be rectified in one day, but that day was not comming!!!

Most unfortunate situation is every time when i call the customer number they tell to some person in BSNL, then we get a call from a line men and he askes the problem and informs me that he can repair phone but not Broad Band connections and advises me to call to customer care and give a complaint regl the Broad Band, again the cycle continues.

I dont fine a end to this and did not get any resolution.

Can any technical person in BSNL respond this problem
