Due to some problem of BSNL we do not have broadband connection for over 3 months. Innumerable compaints have been made to their customer care, without any response. There are so many numbers given for this service, but no one answers any of them. And when they do, they do not provide any information as to how to go about rectifying it. On top of that they are rude. Also, for any service which requires them to visit our residence, they do not come when there are people in the house, inspite of telling them that. Please assist as we are tired of trying to reach out to them.
