Unstable internet

Sir, i am using broadband for more than 10 months. internet is not constant when i am using, its automatically disconnected and connected.i have informed this problem in bsnl office many times, but they never cared about this matter.pls help me to solve this problem, the staffs working in bsnl office, mallapuram, dont hane proper knowledge about the hadware and software... mallapuram, chengalpattu, tamilnadu.
