No response on wireless complaint

I have taken BSNL landline plus broadband connection. The wired connection is working but the wireless connection is not working. My landline no is 080-28511604. Several time I called to 1800 424 1600 but every time they take about 30-45 minutes but no solution to the problem. Please help me.
