Oadband poor service

Dear sir,

i am a broadband user. i am using unlimited plan.but from 08.09.2009 i am unable to login.i have complained in northeast circle 1.personally visited e10b exchange in agartala, meet with mr.amitabha majumder.put my complain according to their complain processes. he tells me that it will be ok with in 2 days.

but till now i am suffering.i am very much effected this type of poor services.
