Subject: Excess billing on yearly payment of broadband connection undergovernment/PSU scheme Telephone Number - 04812320842

Dear sir,

I may report the following points for the consideration of BSNL Authorities.

(1) I have already taken a broad band connection under government/PSU scheme under combo-plan

500C (connection taken as plan 250 and converted to the present scheme within a week)

(2) while taking the connection BSNL officials and the catelogue offered a discount of 20%

government employees

(3) On my first bill for one year it is billed for full amount in the case of general plan (Rs5000/-)without allowing discount

(4) On enquiory BSNL officials interpretted that the discount is applicable only for monthly payment. That means if I pay monthly ; total payment will be 12 X Rs 400 = 4800/- only on piecemeal manner of Rs 400 per month. But anual bill issued to me is for7032 including modem charges in which yearly payment mentioned as 5000/- which resulted a loss of Rs 200/- to me and the entire amount have paid in advance resulting loss in interest portion also

this is injustice, please look in to the matter
