Sir, I have aconnection of BSNL broad band combo 500.phone number is 215519 in the name of R UDAYAVARMA RAJA.Consumer no: is6000820.I got a bill dated 7/8 of Rs2585.00and the next month, got a bill of 3672.00Rs. I never used inter net more than 90 hrs during this time. I could not change the pass word of my connection. Is this bill correct? What shall I do to change the password and to know what amount I am using the service? please help me . faith fully premachandravarma
