Internet connection not work frequently

Sir I would like to submit this kindly for prompt action.. I got connection 1.5yrs back first two months very poor service. I complaint many times but no response. they did everything time being only. hope I complaint more than 100 times but still struggle. so finally i wish to apply at consumer court.pls help me
