MODEM NOT WORKING DUE POWER SOCKET

With reference to the complaint number 1927682211 dated 04 Oct 09.The customar care informed me to contact Mr. Vidya sagar (from BSNL) on Tel.04023196699, when contacted they informed to contact Mr. Subba Raidu on tel No. 04023096055, but since morning no body is attending that telephone.

Whole world improved other than BSNL

Now whom to contact??? a milion $ question??? and remain same
