Error 678 : Bnsl broadband not connecting since 4 weeks

Sir,

i'm facing problem since 3 week there is no bsnl broadband internet connection. i have called the bsnl customer care twice and my complaint numbers are (1915802266 date 26/9) and another one is (1919884402 date 1/10) but there is no response from the technical person. After these i have called the kupkatpally office more than 5 times to fix my issue/proble.

Mr. Suryanarayana (Technical person) he told me to come to my home to fix the problem but he didn't turn. Some time line man pick the phone and told to me Mr. Suryanarayana is on leave but i don't know exactly he is on leave or not.

i'm getting 678 error, when i'm trying to connect to the bsnl broadband combo plan.

Please i don't know what to do for this type of late service from bsnl.
