BSNL Broadband
Broad band not working properly

I Have broadband connection of BSNL with ph no. 01382 - 229599 (Kotdwara, Pouri Garhwal). In Day time from 9.30 am to 4pm it works only 30 minuts in totality. in every 10 minutes it gets disconnected by itself. I registered a complaints with local no. 222000 but no body is there to respond our complain. I think the staff of Kotdwara is not technically trained as Always they give repeated 1st answer that "every thing is allright from our end check at your end" 2nd answer is "fault from banglore server". Pl. resolve my problem.
