Not getting connected and not attendint tour tele requests

I am a senior citizen, settled in Senior citizen's complex at 27, Dhyanaprastha, K N Palyam, Vadavalli PO, Coimbatore0641041, having bsnl telefone line 0422 2404804. I applied for and they supplied broadband connection for in the 1st week of October. The techinician came and befor him the broadband would get connected after attempts for one week. But even today, i am without any connectivity. My numerous calls to the AE, other officials are invain. their tollfree number was disconnected thrice this afternoon, which forced me to come to the browsing centre in this heat and write this complaint.. Furthermore, they incorporate my login name and password for direct connctivity(?) and im not comfortable about this.

Bsnl advertises that they give the connection for RS99/ to rural areas and I am in rural area. However I am told that they charge Rs. 250/ Will they walk their talk?
