BSNL Broad Band

In the month of Oct. 2009. My broad band usage crossed the free limit of 1.5 GB in the 500 (C) plan. It was very much doubtful to me. So I calculated from the data being provided to me in (data.bsnl. in) and found that the mistake was of BSNL in calculating the total data for the month of Oct.2009 . I went to meet Mr A.k Roy, Divisional Engineer (Broad Band) 4th Floor Telephone Bhaban, Kolkata. I gave him the detail but he replied that You have to pay what Machine says. He did not have any interest to look into that matter. Nb: According to data provided by BSNL the total usages can not be more than 1.317 GB with in the limit.
