BSNL Broad Band
Error -678

Dear Team,

We have been using broad band at my residence (Tel no: 0651-2291132), but unfortunately the link is not working and is displaying error 678 from last 2 months. Unnecessarily we are paying rental and above all inspiter of our several requests things are not taken care. It has become really disgusting and wopuld request you to kindly look into the complaint and see to it that the same is rectified asap. Also to add, no body is picking up the toll free no. Even the concerned SDO Mr Mishra (9431170107) is not picking up the phone. It is hard earned money and we are not able to are not able to use the same. If the same is not resolved then certainly we would like not only to surrender the conncetion but also would like to go to consumer forum.
