Customer care is very very Poor in BSNL,
They don't have any technical knowledge, doesn't know english.
They don't talk properly. if u r on hold (thye have put).. u will be on hold for long and phone will cut like that only.. it's very very poor.
i suggest BSNl officiers to try to imporve upon it.
