I have not been able to use my broadband service from past 8 days. Even after repeated complain to customer service nothing is been done. We are not able to reach Tech support for BSNL its always busy and after 15 mins of hold the line automatically gets disconnected. Everyday i have been waiting to reach technical support for more than 2 hrs but no luck. Moreover the Customer Servivce is so rude that if we complain about the bad service and bill adjustment they disconnect the call. Being a government no WONDER people are so rude and have no CUSTOME SERVICE skills. They don't know how to speak to the customer.

WHAT a CRAPPY SERVICE BSNL PROVIDE.

I wish that there is somebody to listen to the Customers Grievances.
