BSNL Broadband
Not able to get a connection - > file is lost

I had applied for a BSNL telephone line and broadband connection at the same time, i got the phone but the broadband is delayed.

Surprisingly!!! i recently came to know that my file is stolen or missing from their records.

i applied once again only for the file to go missing with in 20 min after applying. Nobody knew where the file was, i had still not got the OB number ..

It's been a pathetic wait for 3 months.. even though the line is right in front of my place..

Its high time i plan to hack these lines :)

Cheers to BSNL for doing a wonderful job... (dig roads for connections and do nothing, neither give a new connection or close the damm duggen road)
