Unable to get broadband connection

Sir, My name is Nishad Akhtar s/o Dr Jamil Akhtar.telephone no..06454243871 Unable to get broadband connection due to deffect in cable line..I applied for it on 22 April in purnea..When i reached to bsnl office they told after two days we make it clear. But you see month has gone but their two days not came yet..SDO and JTO cannot hear my problem..Sir plez solve my problem..For this i m very thankful to u..
