Account management site could not be opened for more than 3 days

Dear Sir
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for more than 3 days.
Occassionaly this problem arises. It is most irritable that the site could not be accessed most of the time, and the usage could not be viewed. Please do something so that consumer gets proper and uninterrupt service.
