As per the unbilled usage of data transfer shown in BSNL broad band account site usage table 32nd entry recorded that on 28-6 I had transferred 808592 KB data within a short span of time. I have not used or downloaded such a huge amount of data transfer within this short period. I would request you to help me to solve the unexpected hike in data transfer and to get a relief from my miserables as soon as possible. I have Submitted a written complaint to the Account Officer, BSNL, Malappuram.
