I got installed BSNL broad band for my home and it was installed around 20/04/08. Eversince, installed, it is not working and the person installed informed me that the cabling is not correct for which i need to contact my builder of the apartment.
However, my builder has proved that the cabling is perfect and shown me the connectivity test for the cable.
I have been calling and complaining about the issue to JTO Ms. Dakshyayini on 94498 50873 and Mr. Nagaraj who installed the broad band in my home on 20128591 and 98801 47479
I am paying the broad band charges for the last 2 months without using the facility.
Can someone respond to me in this regards
