I stay in HSR sector 2, bangalore. I did not require land line phone but i took it just for the broadband. I have been paying the bills for the land line without net for last 2 months.
I have visited the BSNL office so many times and still they are just not ready to provide the connection. The staff has poor communication skills and they don't log the complaint in the system. So obviously they don't proceed on the connection provisioning.
Currently the DSL link for my number is down and the line man just has to connect it (as per another official at BSNL office) and he just isn't doing it!!
