BSNL Broadband
Slow and no Connection

I am from Howrah. I have been using bsnl broadband since the last 1 year.it claims to give the user a speed of 2Mbps but my connection is very very slow identical to that of a dial up connection. And for the last few months i have not been able to download any file which is over 1Mb and sometimes small word or .pdf files could not be downloaded. Along with this since last 2 weeks the connection has gone worse most of the time I don't get the link connection. Repeated complaints has fallen into deaf years. Most of the times the clerk of the local office picks up the call and says that there is no officer and this have been happening whenever I try to launch a complain.please help me
