BSNL Broadband
Non functioning of broadband service

I have a telephone (bsnl landline) no. 07805-268572. i got a broadband connection more than 2 months back. right from the first day the broadband is not working.either it does not get connected or even if it gets connected, it is very slow and gets disconnected within 10 minutes. however hard you may try you do not get reconnected.net one gets connected and works though at aslow speed. i have got the modem checked, the computer checked & formated but of no use. i have complained to local bsnl office only resulting disconnection of phone connection. i have complained to bsnl bhopal twice but without results.i do not know whether somebody will listen to me and do something.
