I am unable to see my usage

I am having BSNL broadband connection (Combo Home Plan 500C) at my telephone no.0120-2785012. Before sometime it was working properly but now when I try to login to see the usage it shows invalid username/password, while I have not changed my password. Due to this problem I am unable to see my uses
