Taking charge at free time in nigt of 2 am to 2:20 am on date 24 aug on phone no. -o751-2472727

I have bsnl broad band connection on phone no-07512472727 with 500 c plan in which night 2 am to 8 am free downloading. internet usage web shows times upto the 2:20 am as chargeable unit i have use in night between 2 am to 2:20 am taken as chargeable unit 35000 kb apprx. i start downloading of opera software at correct 2 am in morning. please correct my usage
